Redemption process will take place after the members (Referrer)meet the following conditions:-
Referrer accounts must be active & in good standing.
Referrer accounts must have reached a minimal payment of 35% of the membership price.
A Redemption Request Notification Form and Product Listings will be emailed to the qualified Referrer from PR & Marketing Department.
Fill-up the form and fax / mail back to us. We will process the redemption request within 1 month.
Points will be deducted from total accumulating points for any successful redemption.
The validity period for points is one (1) year start from the date issuance as stated in the Redemption Request Notification Form.
The rewards items listed are subject to availability and may change from time to time. SGIVC Berhad reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, change or substitute the rewards at any time with or without prior notice.
